Is there a deposit required?

A $100-$125 deposit is required to hold your event date. Deposits are refundable ONLY for weather permitting conditions and considerable notices. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to event date. A 2 day cancellation notice results in 50% loss of deposit. 

Delivery Fee?

We offer free delivery within a 20 mile radius of 17050. If you’re outside the 20 mile radius a $25-$50 delivery fee will be applied. 

Are we licensed and insured?

Yes, of course. Proof of insurance available upon request. 

What forms of payment are acceptable?

We currently accept Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal at this time. Main form of payment is through our business Venmo account. 

Can I extend my rental period?

Absolutely! Each additional hour is $50.

What are your terms and conditions?

A rental agreement will be emailed upon confirmation of the event. Must be signed. We do require a $50 damage fee which will be refunded after pick up. Safety/Checklist will be presented and signed on the day of the event.

Do we set up outdoors?

We do for a $25 fee for our Bounce houses and Ball pit tarp will be placed underneath. 

What is your weather policy?

If you have an outdoor event booked, it is advised that you have an indoor alternative. We DO NOT setup outside if rain/snow is forecast. 

Are there rules I need to follow?

Yes!! We ask that there are to be NO: shoes, food, sweets, drinks, glitter, face paint, sharp objects, writing utensils, or pets on our equipment. We ask ALL equipment stays in the play set up area.

Is our equipment clean?

Absolutely!! We provide the cleanest and safest space. Therefore, we clean, disinfect, and sanitize BEFORE and AFTER each use. Your little ones’ health and safety is our number one priority!

Who are the non-profit organizations we donate to?

Generation Why, is located in Oklahoma. Their passion is to reach every generation into discovering their WHY, and providing opportunities to pursue it. To bring anti-bullying and bring awareness to the ever growing rates of suicide. Friends4Life, located in Kentucky. Their phrase is “Facing cancer,  with someone who’s been there.”
